Affiliate Terms

Effective: August 23, 2026 ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE Participation is discretionary and may be suspended or terminated for risk, abuse, inactivity, or violation. Affiliates must provide accurate payment and tax information and comply with applicable law and platform rules. DISCLOSURE Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to My Financial Butler near every endorsement or referral link, using language ordinary consumers understand. A profile-page disclosure alone is insufficient when the endorsement appears elsewhere. ACCURATE REPRESENTATIONS Affiliates may describe only current, documented product features. They may not call the service a law firm, lender, consumer reporting agency, or credit repair organization acting for customers; guarantee deletions, score increases, approvals, savings, or timelines; use fabricated testimonials or results; make misleading income claims; or imply government, bureau, creditor, or professional endorsement. PROHIBITED METHODS Self-referrals, spam, purchased or scraped lists, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, deceptive redirects, impersonation, trademark bidding without permission, misleading domains, unauthorized incentives, and unlawful calls or texts are prohibited. COMMISSIONS The referral dashboard or separate program schedule states the applicable commission, qualifying event, holding period, and payout timing. Reversed, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, or chargeback transactions do not qualify and may be deducted from future balances. BRAND AND CONTENT Limited use of approved brand materials is revocable and only for program participation. Affiliates may not alter logos or create content that could reasonably appear to be an official company communication. TAXES AND INDEPENDENT STATUS Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives. They are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, disclosures, and expenses and cannot bind Arthur Nicolas LLC. ENFORCEMENT Violations may result in withheld or forfeited commissions, suspension, termination, and other lawful remedies.
