Effective: August 23, 2026 My Financial Butler is subscription-based, self-service consumer financial-management software operated by Arthur Nicolas LLC. Customers use the software themselves to organize financial information, review credit-report information, prepare correspondence, track responses, and manage related workflows. Customers control and approve their own actions. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You may upload only information relating to yourself or another person you are legally authorized to assist. SELF-SERVICE SOFTWARE; NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP You direct and control your own actions. The software prepares informational analyses and materials for your review, and nothing is sent, disputed, negotiated, or finalized without your explicit approval. My Financial Butler is not a law firm, attorney service, financial adviser, lender, consumer reporting agency, or credit repair organization acting on your behalf. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or individualized financial advice. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOME We do not guarantee a deletion, correction, score increase, financing approval, monetary saving, creditor response, or result within any timeframe. Illustrations and projections are educational examples, not promises. You are responsible for checking information and documents before relying on or sending them. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNT COMMUNICATIONS Creating an account requires acknowledging the Privacy Policy and receiving essential transactional email needed to verify, secure, bill, and administer the account. Email is the sole signup-verification method. Essential email is separate from optional commercial email. SMS is not currently offered during signup or active as a sending channel. AUTOMATED TOOLS Certain functions may use automated technology for extraction, organization, analysis, workflow assistance, and drafting. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you. Automated tools do not take irreversible action on your behalf. This disclosure is informational; My Financial Butler is not marketed as an AI product. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS Displayed prices and billing intervals control at purchase. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law, while duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors are refunded. We may change future pricing with advance notice required by law. ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND SIGNATURES You consent to electronic records for account and service transactions. When the platform lets you type or apply your name as a signature, doing so is intended as your electronic signature. You may request a paper or manual alternative by contacting support@myfinancialbutler.com where available and required. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not submit false information, impersonate anyone, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with security, probe systems without authorization, send spam, misuse generated materials, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity. Violations may result in suspension or termination. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Connected providers, consumer reporting agencies, creditors, payment processors, mailing providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their decisions, availability, accuracy, or response times. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The service, software, design, and company content belong to Arthur Nicolas LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal, lawful purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit and authorize us to process it only as needed to provide and protect the service. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to maintain reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, or compatibility with every third-party system. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthur Nicolas LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material violation, or conduct that threatens customers or the service. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with proper jurisdiction may hear disputes. We do not add mandatory arbitration or waive a consumer's right to seek available legal remedies through these Terms. CHANGES We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and effective date appear on this page, and material changes will receive notice when required.
