Version 1.0 — last updated September 24, 2026

Effective: August 24, 2026 OUR COMMITMENT My Financial Butler, operated by Arthur Nicolas LLC, uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the personal, financial, and account information entrusted to the service. Security is an ongoing process, and we review our practices as the platform and its risks evolve. DATA PROTECTION We use encrypted connections to protect information while it is transmitted between supported browsers, devices, and the service. Credit reports, financial documents, correspondence, and other sensitive customer content are used only to provide customer-directed service functions, maintain security, comply with law, and fulfill the customer's requests. ACCESS CONTROLS Access to systems and information is restricted according to role and operational need. We use authentication, authorization controls, account separation, and administrative restrictions designed to prevent unauthorized access. Personnel and service providers are expected to handle information only for authorized business purposes. ACCOUNT SECURITY Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting their login credentials, using a secure and private device, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. My Financial Butler may use email verification, password-recovery controls, session protections, security alerts, and other safeguards to help protect accounts. MONITORING AND RESPONSE We use logging, monitoring, and operational review designed to identify suspicious activity, service abuse, and security events. When a suspected incident is identified, we investigate, contain, remediate, and provide notice when required by applicable law. SERVICE PROVIDERS We use service providers for functions such as hosting, data storage, communications, payment processing, document processing, mailing, monitoring, and customer support. Providers receive only the access reasonably necessary to perform their services and are subject to contractual or operational restrictions appropriate to their role. DATA RETENTION AND DISPOSAL We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet accounting requirements, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete it, de-identify it, or securely isolate it from ordinary use. CUSTOMER SAFETY PRACTICES Use a unique password, keep access to your email account secure, sign out on shared devices, review account activity, and avoid sending credit reports, Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or text messages. My Financial Butler directs customers to the authenticated portal when sensitive information is available. REPORTING A SECURITY ISSUE Report suspected unauthorized account access, a suspicious message claiming to be from My Financial Butler, or a potential security vulnerability to support@myfinancialbutler.com. Include enough information for us to investigate, but do not send passwords, full Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, or sensitive documents by email. NO SYSTEM IS INFALLIBLE No website, application, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. This page describes safeguards designed to reduce risk and does not promise that every security event can be prevented. RELATED POLICIES See the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cookie Policy, and Email Communication Terms for additional information about data handling, account responsibilities, communications, and privacy choices.
