Effective: August 23, 2026 My Financial Butler is subscription-based, self-service consumer financial-management software operated by Arthur Nicolas LLC. Customers use the software themselves to organize financial information, review credit-report information, prepare correspondence, track responses, and manage related workflows. Customers control and approve their own actions. WHAT MY FINANCIAL BUTLER IS My Financial Butler is self-service consumer financial software. It is not a credit repair organization, law firm, attorney service, lender, consumer reporting agency, or financial adviser, and it does not act on your behalf. You review, direct, and approve every action the software prepares before anything is sent. NO GUARANTEES We do not guarantee that any account will be deleted, corrected, or removed; that a credit score will increase; that financing will be approved; or that any result will occur within a specific timeframe. Projections are illustrative only. Results depend on your credit history and on creditors, furnishers, and consumer reporting agencies that we do not control. YOUR RIGHT TO ACT FOR FREE You may contact consumer reporting agencies and creditors directly and dispute inaccurate information yourself at no cost without using My Financial Butler or another paid service. CUSTOMER CONTROL You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for reviewing every generated analysis, recommendation, letter, offer, and document. The platform does not send a dispute, negotiate, or accept terms without your approval. CANCELLATION You may cancel through available account billing controls or by contacting support@myfinancialbutler.com.
