AVAILABLE RIGHTS Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know and access personal information; obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion subject to lawful exceptions; opt out of sale, targeted-advertising sharing, or qualifying profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; appeal a denied request; use an authorized agent; and receive equal service without discrimination. OUR PRACTICES We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use third-party advertising cookies, or sell/share mobile information and SMS consent for marketing. We honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable. SUBMITTING A REQUEST You may submit a request without creating an account by emailing support@myfinancialbutler.com and identifying the right you want to exercise. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority. We will use proportionate verification to protect your information and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will explain any lawful extension or denial. APPEALS If we deny a request, reply to the decision with "Privacy Appeal" and explain why you believe it should be reconsidered. We will respond within the legally required period and explain any further complaint option available in your jurisdiction. NO DISCRIMINATION We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right, except as permitted by law.
